This product is supplied by Waypoint Labs Pty Ltd, registered in Queensland, Australia.

You need an account to use the product. Keep your password secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You can change your password anytime on your settings page.

This is decision support, not a replacement for aeronautical or pastoral management judgment. Grazing days, carrying capacity, and water adequacy are estimates built on measurements you supply and on published Australian equations. They carry a real error band, which is why the product shows a range instead of a single number.

Where a figure cannot honestly be calculated — no pasture assessment, no paddock area, no mob recorded, or no observed water level — the product specifies which input is missing and halts computation rather than substituting an assumed default.

Water quality cannot be judged from the air. Salinity, pH, nitrate, and bacteria have no optical signature at operational concentrations, and only appear from laboratory results you upload.

The designated Remote Pilot in Command (RePIC) remains solely responsible for flight safety, CASA/FAA airspace compliance, and weather clearances. Destocking, agistment, mustering, and animal welfare decisions remain yours.

Plans, prices, and billing periods are displayed on the billing page and processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal. Nothing in our billing terms limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What you record about your station belongs to you. We store and process it solely to run the product for you. You can download all of your data, or close your account and have your records purged, from your settings page. For full details on data handling, see our privacy policy.

We strive for high system availability across our Cloudflare edge and Fly.io backend infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Waypoint Labs excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on autonomous mission plans or agronomic projections.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. Ensure any active subscription is cancelled on the billing page prior to account closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
